The ISRM City & Guilds Higher Professional Diploma (HPD) in Sport & Recreation Management from the Institute of Sport and Recreation Management, is the most widely respected and popular professional qualification in the sector to improve your career prospects.

You will develop skills such as sport and recreation environment, sport and society, sports logistics and event management, design and technical operations in sport, environmental and ethical issues of management.

Before you enrol on the course you should contact ISRM to check your eligibility. If you already hold some relevant qualifications, ISRM may grant exemptions, at their discretion, for certain units. You will neeed access to a computer with internet connection for this course.

Examination issues

There are 9 mandatory units plus 3 additional units chosen by you. Each unit is assessed by a final assignment marked by your tutor and moderated by City & Guilds.

£1090. There is a registration fee of £116.90 payable to City & Guilds. You will also need to pay £190 for membership to ISRM for 2 two years.
