Management and Training Awards
through CVQO

CVQO
CVQO is a not-for-profit organisation based in Surrey responsible for managing vocational qualifications for members of the Combined Cadet Forces, Sea Cadet Corps, Army Cadet Force and Air Training Corps.

CVQO is dedicated to helping both cadets and instructors of the Cadet Forces get ahead personally and professionally. The qualifications on offer have been designed to show employers and educators the wide range of skills that young people and adults acquire on account of being in the Cadet Forces.

Adult Awards Programme

Voluntary work with the SCC can be rewarded through management and training awards which CVQO has successfully mapped to tri-service military courses.

CVQO offers a progressive adult awards programme that enables members of the SCC to gain recognition for the commitment they have already made to the Corps.

You can turn the knowledge and experience you have gained through your sea cadet activities into an award without ever having to sit an exam.

All the awards are mapped to cadet courses that you do as part of your hobby.

The learning schedule is convenient and allows you to fit your learning around other commitments so you can study at your own pace. There aren’t even any enrolment deadlines to worry about.
