As a registered centre for all the main awarding bodies, we can provide a limited number of spaces to a private candidate for exam entries to most subjects

Marine Society College offers places to private candidates during the summer exam series only. We are registered with AQA, Edexcel Pearson, OCR and CIE. We can only take private candidates for qualifications that don’t have controlled assessments, coursework, practical, listening or speaking examinations.

Please note that for A level Science subjects you will only be able to take written exams here, so your eventual certificate will not include an endorsement confirming practical competence.

January and Summer exams May/June 2020 – Applications will be accepted from September 2019. The deadline for January IGCSE exams is 14 October 2020.
